Just received a text. I wondered whether it was part of BT's normal follow for new customers or as a result of posting here.
I says something along the lines of 'As part of out service we have noted that your Infinity isn't working as well as it should be. There are guides here (URL) or if you would like to talk about it let us know when it's convenient'
