I join BT on Thursday and thought all was good. Tonight I'm having issues with my WIFI. I'm sat about 6ft from the hub but when tested it reports weak signal
Also I know the speed will take 10 days to settle, but my tests today have been shocking.
Any help appreciated.

Dud you turn off smart setup in hub settings?
did you try selecting channels manually instead of automatic

Install Aruba Utilities on your Android device. Open it, let it scan for a few minutes, then post a screenshot here, please.
Smartscan disabled and channels set manually. Same results on the 2 devices.
Hi, have downloaded Aruba utils to my phone, will test when I get home.
Try making your phone re-aquire the wi-fi by putting it in airplane mode for about 30 seconds
