Im having difficulty accessing anything on MYBT. My BTid is activated (had an email confirmation), my ebilling is active (had an email confirmation) I am able to log in, but when i try to click/access anything on the webpage or via the app it directs me to a page telling me my ebill isnt active, so when I click on activate ebill it then sends me to another page telling me I need to activate my BT id, so when I try and do this its telling me my acc number is incorrect. It has been escalated to level 2 (whatever that is) and should be getting a call back tomorrow. Has anyone else had this issue??
