Make sure that the DS Nintendo wireless network setting are set to automatically get IP address and DNS settings fron the home hub DHCP server and does not have manual network settings.
There is no network settings on a nintendo XL 3DS to do what you ave said.
The only options available are the security types to use.
The only one that does work with my BT home hub5 is WPA2-PSK (AES)
It connects fine and works. The only thing it won't do is let you use youtube
I've got two of these 3DS's and both are the same.
Thanks for replying
There was a thread recently locked by a mod that was discussing similar DNS issues with people trying to connect to Netflix. Whoever has been fiddling with BT's DNS servers has caused an awful lot of disruption. I'm not sure what has been gained by this other than to alienate a lot of customers and send their business elsewhere.
I cannot look at youtube on a DS Nintendo.
I get themessage "you are seeing this page because you are using a BT service which requires the use of BT DNS Servers and it appears that you are attempting to connect using a DNS server outside of our network. "
have now turned off both parental controls and bt protect but still can't get access
wouldlike to know how to use with both switched on?
Do you have a HomeHub3?
