No BT Infinity connection for 4 days

As a new customer, I recently have had No BT Infinity connection for 4 days, being resolved today by an Openreach technician visit. This has caused much inconvenience.

 

When I called about the fault, I was told I would not have to pay line rental for the 4 days without service.

 

How do I ensure I will not be charged for the 4 days lost service?

Check your bill when it comes and if you've been charged complain.

 

See link to work out how much you will receive. It is only after the third day, starting from the day the fault was reported that you start to get days rental back so you will only get one days rental returned.
