I have lost all stations between 257-599, including BT Sport. One of the posts on this forum indicates that it is a national problem. Is that true? If not, any sugestions? I have tried retuning the box.
I have just noticed that I cannot access BT Player either. I assume this is connected to the BT TV issue? My YouView box is connected to the internet and iplayer etc all work well. I note that the YouView box software was updated yesterday - has this caused a problem?
seems to be working today. It says that there was a new software update today - has this fixed things? If so, it would be nice if BT had informed customers that there was a problem?
