Re: No BT sport.

Hi. I am using powerline adaptors also, on infinity 2. I can see the BT Sport channels on 507 to 512, but when I try to access them it's wants me to subscribe. I have the TV essential pack which includes sport and an email from BT confirming that my services are activated. Any help appreciated as this is so frustrating.

Re: No BT sport.

As I need a longer cable to connect hub (upstairs) to vision box (downstairs) how do I get this from BT without having to spend hours on the phone ?
Any ideas welcome.

Re: No BT sport.

Hi. The way BT is at the moment, with answering calls etc, probably best to purchase an Ethernet cable at Maplins. Good luck
