Yeah sorry. But of misunderstanding.
BT seem to think it is activated. There's nothing more I can do to convince them otherwise.
This will need a mod to to take it on further if the replacement router doesn't fix it.

So an update...
my broadband and returned randomly on Monday afternoon. This was before my new hub arrived. Again it worked like it never went off until Friday afternoon. 2nd weekend where I don’t have a broadband connection and it’s the same issue. No one is able to give me a clear answer.
The light on on my router is now a solid orange rather than flashing purple.
ive spoken to BT again and they have logged a fault. I was supposed to be contacted by an engineer but no one has called.
I would like like a mod to comment ideally. I have checked my line, checked my local area for known faults and even tried my new hub. This is becoming increasingly frustrating and I am fractions away from cancelling when my contract ends next month.
