Another day, another useless conversation with BT, saying they would ring me back.
ive looked on logs, and there’s a lot of pppoe errors. Reset the modem again. No change, as per usual.
Any update on my call.
I seem to be getting a :PPPoE error: timeout message every 30 seconds or so
As of 26th September, my broadband is up and running.
It has gone offline for around 5 minutes, twice in the last few days. It switches to Orange. Then a flashing pink again. It turned back to blue 5 minutes later.
I spoke to Dale on the phone, who was very helpful. I don't have your contact information, but I believe you said you would contact me again on Monday?
I would like to speak to you in regards to this if possible.
Happened again. Out of the blue (literally) and into the orange.
4th time in 45 days? Rang up BT this morning, they’re going to give me a call within 48 hours apparently.
Could a mod reopen my call if possible?
Tried all all the above suggestions again, so I think it’s an exchange issue. Thanks

No idea what's happening.
Anyway, this was the last straw.
I will be changing provider.
Thanks to the mods for being the only helpful BT reps I've had assist me.
