No DSL signal

My fttc broadband stopped working yesterday morning, I've got the hub 4 with separate Openreach modem. The DSL light on the modem flashes a few times and goes off before repeating the cycle. I've borrowed a home hub 5 and plugged this into the master socket hidden behind the screw plate, same result, left it for several hours, same.

Last night I went through all the tests with BT help in India, despite saying I'd tried another hub they decided my modem is broken and are posting a home hub 5, its highly unlikely this is the issue since I've already tried a hub 5.

How can I get an engineer to check the cabinet connection which is where I think the problem is?

Did you check that the phone number matches the number on your phone bill, just in case you have a crossed line?

Dial 147017070 and make a note of the number that is read out.

Re: No DSL signal

Dialled the number above and it was correct, run the quiet test too.

New hub arrived today and as expected doesn’t connect, flashing orange light.

If you can't get any sense out of customer services, post back here and we'll get the mods involved.
