No FITBIT Charge 3

I ordered Superfast Fibre  Unlimited During a promotion on uSwitch earlier in november. I was billed over a week ago for my services at £55 which included a setup fee.. ( I Should not have been charged this due to the uSwitch deal) Either way I have still paid the bill in full.


A long time has passed since I was promised my code before the start of december. no vouchers whatsoever...I have contaced yourselves on numerous occasions also where I have been promised my code is on its way.. I have been told my code has been sent.. yet there is nothing.. So i emailed again and again to which I finally got sent a code to redeem !.. The code does not work.  I have tried redeeming this code via Internet explorer like somebody else on this forum has done when their's finally validated this way.. but I am still having 0 luck in redeeming my code.


Personally I dont feel like this code is even Valid.


Ive since sent numerous emails after my email was being passed on to the Fitbit Management team but I have had 0 correspondence.


As you can imaigne I am a very unhappy customer at present. I have read nothing but terrible reviews recently for BT but myself decided to give you guys a shot.. I am more than happy with my service may I add.. BUT


I am not happy being made to wait so long for a reward in which I am due.. I still havent even recieved my £40 M&S Vouchers which were inluded in the deal..


All I ask is you give me what I signed up for.. Ive paid my bills on time.. Keep up your end of the deal or I will be forced to cancel my services.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

I'm sorry that you have been having problems using the code to redeem your Fitbit Charge 3.  You make some valid points in your post and I can completely understand your reasons for being unhappy.  I'm glad to see that everything else is performing well for you.
