We ordered Fibre package in Feb but Covid-19 prevented the engineer coming to the property in March - understood.
BT offered Copper Line to be activated on 3/4/20 (WAIT UNTIL MIDNIGHT), we waited until midnight and no activation.
No problems showing for phone line/number nor problems for local area, all correct equipment received for copper line - no active internet.
Please advise why copper line/internet not activated?
