No Mobile Phone Service

I'm in London &  haven't had a mobile phone service since yesterday. Is anyone else having this problem or know whats happening?

Can you check the EE/BT service Status for your area using the link below? If it shows no reports of network issues, please contact the Mobile Chat Team

Thanks. I spoke to someone from Customer care earlier who tried to help, but still no joy. I'm going to put my sim in another phone to check if the problem is with the handset (once I get a sim card adaptor). If still no joy, I'll be in touch.

Did you manage to get your phone service back and working ok?

Hi, still no service. I tried using my nano sim (with adaptor) in an old phone, but the sim didn't cover all the contacts, so sim not recognised. I ordered a replacement sim which hopefully will be 'combi ' & will put in my old phone first before my usual phone as a process of elimination.
I appreciate you following up on this issue & I'll let you know what happens.

The new sim shouldnt take too long to get to you, if you still have no luck getting a data connection pop back and we can ask a moderator to help.

Hi, After putting replacement sim card in phone, service working again. The original sim must have just given up the ghost!
