No Sound

Since the new look Youview we seem to be constantly loosing sound . Seem to happen when going from TV to Recordings , sometimes if i exit the recording and go back to TV it sorts it self out. Today i have had to re'boot the system this has happened several times in a week. Any ideas? Thanks

I occasionally lose sound, seems to be when fast-forwarding through an active recording and the only way to get it back is to reboot the box which is inconvenient as that stops the active recording and you have to restart it losing a few minutes of coverage.
