Placed my BB/Landline order on 04/11/19 & received the mail for "Which tech gift will you choose" on 06/11/19.
I never received the unique code email within 28days. I have checked all mails boxes! Can someone please help?

After BT fixed there issues it finally went live 21/11/19 with the help from Matthew Smyth.

As there was some manual intervention, the gift email may have gone astray.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
