I've just received the YouView box and it doesn't recognise that I have subscribed to any additional channels, such as BT Sport. Fibre internet itself works fine, and we can still access all freeview channels and apps like Netflix. The quoted code is 'BTP-15000' at set-up, and then 'BTP-20000' when attempting to access BT Sport upon installation. I've spoken to the technical team, and have attempted the usual hard reset and updates, and that doesn't do the job.
Having just joined BT and experienced delays at every part of the sign-up process, it's a bit bemusing that we're still experiencing issues at this stage. Everything was supposed to be completed by 1st August. Any help to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Chizzle I called earlier and left a brief voicemail for you. Just to let you know that the fault with your BTTV service should now be fixed.
If you cannot view the channels you will need to Reset Your Youview Box
