'No attachment' found, now, what's wrong...

For the last 2 days, on clicking 'attachment' view, I get the message 'No attachment found'. Normally I get the spinning wheel of doom for 3 minutes as it searches, but this message appears instantaneous, it doesn't even attempt to look for attachments. There are 70 pages of attachments. Have tried 2 x browsers, FireFox & Chrome standard and incognito, same result.

I'm betting I'm the only person in the whole world with this issue, as everyone with 2 pages of attachments will likely be fine, right? LOL

Anyone suggest a fix?

I really don't, as I am not a BT coder so have no idea how they treat email attachments. However, you'll all be delighted to know that the function sprang back into life today. So, you click on 'attachment view' and 3 to 5 minutes later after staring at that wonderful spinning wheel, you then can start access to them - wonderful...
