Lost broadband connection on Tuesday.. it just cut out and the Broadband light on the hub has been out ever since. So like a valuble BT ustomer I phoned BT at least 4 times. Always was a problem at the exchange said the vey hard to understand and inexperienced Indian man reading off a script. A BT engineer came round and our telephone line is ok and there is no problem at the exchange. Now they agree there is a problem with 'the broadband' and an engineer is fixing it now - should be on in 24 hours. Still got no broadband and in a family of 5 that leaves us very angry. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to sort it and maybe speak to someone English in this country???? I am almost desperate now....
