Hi, unsure if im being hasty however email's arrived yesterday at 11pm informind me my new phoneline and infinity is available. Its now after midnight and we have no dial tone, and flashing orange light (and occasional red "b" flashing light) on the home hub 5.
We have switched from sky which has been unavailable since 5am yesterday. Is there a problem, or is more time required for the service to activate?
Edit: Just to add, followed all the steps provided in by the hub self help, and it is now plugged into the master socket, with all other devices removed.
