No devices can find my home hub

Hi All

So I've had my BT Infinity for a while and now none of my devices can even SEE the Wifi name in the list - I can only see my neighbours.

Background:

I was playing some playstation and it was getting a bit laggy so I thought I'd reset my router (on/off). When the blue light came back none of my devices could SEE the Wifi on the list of Wifis to connect to. I've factory reset, logged in to the router to make sure Wifi is on (it is). What else can I do? I think the Hub is broken.

Re: No devices can find my home hub

Which Homehub do you have?

As your devices were previously connected to it, are they still connected even although they can not see the SSid (name)?

Re: No devices can find my home hub

Hi - I'm not sure where I find that but I got my net in October so pretty new?

If the devices are connected then I would get internet right? None have it - I'm typing this using my neighbours Open Wi-FI FON thing. I've tried to "forget" it on my Laptop and it still cant find it.

Edit: Type A if that helps

Re: No devices can find my home hub

I'm not being dense believe me - there is no number on the hub.

Edit: I only thing that I can see is the SSID which is 'BTHUB6 - ZM9C' so I am assuming it's Hub 6. But there isn't anywhere saying 'BT HUB 6'

Re: No devices can find my home hub

If you have FTTP you should have another Openreach box that the Homehub connects to. Do you have another box?

Re: No devices can find my home hub

Thanks guys - I've just spoken to BT finally the right person evidently at the FTTH(FTTP?) department. I told him what happened and he said the wireless card sometimes break and they will be sending me a new hub.

Edit: @gg30340 yes I do.
