No dial tone and when someone call me constant engaged tone
I had my services moved from my old property to my new one yesterday. When I got up I had no telephone line and no broadband. I then had a notification and my phoneline was operational under my number
There was still an issue with the broadband at around 16:00 - 17:00 yesterday an engineer carried out some work since then my broadband remains disconnected but now my phoneline is also not functioning - no dial tone and when someone calls my number you get a engaged tone.
