I have reported my fault on Sunday that my phone line was dead I am in a very remote area so the Home phone is a lifeline for me. The fault was due to be fixed today by 5pm I came home to find no change to the problem. BT have not contacted me to let me know of any progress. I would like this sorted as a matter of urgency, please can this be resolved the fault no. is VOL011-***********.
