No internet for 5 weeks

Hello I was hoping someone may be able to give me some advice...

we moved house 5 weeks ago and arranged with Bt 10 days before we moved for our internet to be installed. We have had no internet since we moved in and have been on the phone to bt totalling 20 hours in the last 5 weeks trying to sort out the problem. 

our order has been cancelled and reordered a total of three times and we keep getting told that openreach are rejecting the order however no one can tell us why just that it’s stuck in open reachs system . We have now been told we arent realistically going to get internet until realistically the  29th of April that’s 6 weeks of no internet. However they have said they cannot confirm this date until openreach have accepted our order! 

we have had to move out as we cannot work from home with no internet and we cannot get any straight answers from anyone at bt who can help us and give us a date to when we have internet and can move back in. we just keep getting told we will call you in two days when we have an answer from openreach. Bt have been so appalling and we just don’t seem to be getting anywhere. Has anyone had this issue or is there a way of speaking to openreach directly?

I'm sorry for the delay connecting your broadband at your new address.  I appreciate the time you have taken trying to get this sorted out.  20 hours is a long time to be waiting on the phone.
