No light on the disc

I have plugged my disc in for the first time.  There is no purple or blue light so seems to indicate that it is broken.

I have tried a factory reset, but still no light is showing.  Please can you help?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post!

I'm sorry for the problems you've been having with your disc.  From the symptoms described, it does sound like there is a fault.  Have you spoken with anyone since you posted this and are you any further forward getting this sorted?

Out of curiosity, do you have the >>white disc<< or the >>black disc<<?

I was sent a new disc in the post today which works perfectly. The disc is the black version. The broken disc is heading for the bin!

You would need to return it, you should have been sent a returns package of some sort. Its not suitable to be put in a normal bin, as it has to be recycled.

You may also be charged if you do not return it, as its only on loan from BT.
