Finally this evening, after quite a number of "we believe we've fixed the problem" messages, this problem has now been resolved by BT. Many thanks to Adrian and the rest of the moderator team for their help in resolving the problem. It really shouldn't be so very difficult, and to be told by India that the service was no longer available and that they would cancel my charge was absolutely infuriating! In future I won't waste much time with the support numbers before coming to the forums for advice. Thank you again, Mandy
Thanks John, much appreciated. I'm on the mend and counting my blessings that following the brain haemorrhage my only real symptom is double vision (thank goodness for autocorrect) and tiredness, both of which should ease with time.
