Any help would be great.
I cannot get through to BT . I am still getting billed for a service that was moved to another provider months ago. That provider informed me that they would contact BT.
My BT account has been billed again for a service cancelled in january
If there are any BT staff here who could answer then please do.

Hi @wully68 welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. When you moved to your new provider did you move your existing telephone number over to the new provider?
