No order confirmation from EE after upgrade via BT


I upgraded on Friday by calling BT, and got the iPhone 12 pro max so the order will be through EE. Nice guy on the phone said I should get an email confirmation within 24 hours from EE but I haven’t had one. Yesterday I joined the EE community and got given a number to call, they said because it’s on preorder I won’t get the order confirmation till Friday 13th.  Just a bit concerned this hasn’t gone through, because they haven’t given me a account number or mobile number and there’s nothing on my “My BT” account, either in the mobile section or order section.
