We've had no working phone line for 26 days now. BT call centres have given us a range of reasons for this and a long series of promises abou when the line would be fixed - the latest is today - but still our phone doesn't work. There seems little point talking to the call centre.
In these circumstances, can someone please tell me what we should do, and what we can expect from BT?
I've just heard that we're not going to have a working telephone line until the 21st August. On the basis of having heard this many times now, you will perhaps forgive me if I see no reason to believe it...
I haven't got the link Stuart mentions - or at least I can't find it on the mobile phone version of the forum. As you will appreciate, my usual computer is out of action. So I'm bit stuck... And no less fed up!
