Re: No phone line or internet for two and a half weeks. Please help!
Bah. I spoke to an associate who has spoken to him. Apparently BT have told him it would be "a week or two" until it is up. Out of curiosity I was wondering if a dead phone line is reported will an engineer come out to the house to verify it or will they go directly to the exchange? As far as I am aware we have had no visit from BT since the issue arose.
