I reported my fault on 11 June. We were told it would be fixed by 15th. We can see that the phone line has been severed. Despite many, many calls we get nowhere. We have no internet and no television; obviously no phone either. I have just had a personal alarm system set up due to health issues - of course that is redundant as it relies on our BT phone line being functional. Any one any thoughts on how to get this resolved - coming up to 14 days since it was reported? Incidentally, we are both in our 80's.
