We are also having an issue with the returns bag. We upgraded recently and have been told we should receive a bag but nothing in two weeks. Going onto the 'Please return your equipment' the status is 'Waiting for you to return' and when clicking 'Send me a new returns bag' we get the message that we can't order a returns bag at the moment.
Could someone please organise a returns bag for us as we do not want to incur any charges.
