Hi I recently joined bt the service is great but unfortunately I was promised a tech gift which unfortunately haven’t arrived I have had no email and it’s been well over 30 days as order was placed 14/9/19 any help would be great thanks bobby

and activated on the 30/08/19

Provided the order was placed online, it should have arrived by 30/09/19 so its worth checking your spam folder.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
