Is it only me or they just got rid of "call regarding your order" option while calling 0800 800150??
It was there two days ago as option 1 after choosing broadband etc.
I'm in the painful process of cancelling heavily delayed FTTP order and putting an order for FTTC instead.. Tried choosing "about your package" options with the sales team but the guy hung up on me after my thorough explanation (countless times already) of the whole problem..
Anyone can help?
Try calling the Fibre team on 0800 5874787 (Option 2 for an existing order).
I'm confident that they will be able to help better than the generic 150 team
