Hi, we have a honehub 5. My son has a PC connected via the mains with a booster and I use an Ipad. His PC has not had an internet connection since yesterday evening and I am not able e to connect at the moment though I did this morning. This PC has a wired connection so is fine. We have switched everything off and on again and reset the router but no success. Suggestions please? The infinity is a bit slow this evening but the line test said it was fine.
If you just reset the Homehub by pressing the reset button on the rear try a factory reset of the Homehub by pressing a pin into the recess button on the rear for about 20 seconds. This can often sort wireless problems.
