To get your Noise Margin reset contact the mods, you can do that by following this link: http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951 - however I would not reccomend getting it reset if you have noise on your line?

All but the last paragrapgh is not what i asked, it seems the Helpline effect is spreading to its customer base "gardenpath springs to mind". Reset is all i need its stuck on 9 ish has been for month before that well alaways 6 ish
