4 calls, each one telling me it should be fixed in the next 24 hours.
Latest info, is that it a big problem, and they are 65% through fixing cards.
Good job I've still got my old phone.
Not a good start for a relativly new player in the mobile market.
Lets see what happens after 5.30pm my case has been put in the hands of a BT Case Management Team I am expecting a call after 5.30pm and the person dealing with my case is meant to be dealing with everything till it is all sorted!!! Ill update after the call
