Hi, I ran into this problem last month around the 26th feb and within a couple of days it had fixed itself.
I'm on BT unlimited broadband
This month (27/03) the same thing happened again although this time it hasn't fixed itself.
I appear to be getting very slow speed when I run speed tests on my computer,laptop,mobile and tablet.
I've had it go as low as 1Mb/s download, upload speed has stayed the same though.
I'm not sure if it's normal for the speed from the exchange to be high like that and only the speed from my router to be slow.
I've ran the quite test on the phone and everything was okay, also plugged into the test line phonesocket
I restarted my router to see if it would improve anything, it didn't.
During the tests the only device connected to the router was my computer via ethernet.
I also restore my router back to factory settings.

Not really sure of what else I can do to fix it. My line profile seems to be fine.

Hi, I've ran speed tests across the whole day/night today and I haven't seen my speed pass anything over 3Mb/s.
can you post a btspeedtester diagnostic test result now when it is off peak to see if any better - done with ethernet cable please
This test was from 11AM this morning.
I'm using a wired connection, no other devices are connected to the router.
Yeh my IP profile hasn't changed since the problem began which is why I'm confused as to why my speeds are so low. Could it be my router is breaking?
