My contract for SIM plan has ended on 25th November so I rang BT and requestes to cancel the order as I wanted to sign up a new SIM contract as BT now offers Amazon vouchers.
Yet I can't order it online I am getting this error every time "Sorry… We're sorry, we can't complete your order right now please call 0800 800 150 and ask for mobile sales to place your order."
I spent hours on phone speaking to BT india but get to nowhere. They can sign me up on the phone but without the voucher. This is main reason I cancelled my contract and want to sign up for a new plan but I can't since Thursday!! I am now without a phone.
This offer ends at midnight and will surely go with other provider if BT won't let me get this.
