Not allowed multiroom

Hi, I have recently came over from Sky and have infinity and tv package. I was originally quoted 21meg speed therefore not allowed to get multiroom. However I’m now getting 50+, and the sales guy says I’m still not getting a multi room contract! He says it’s a technical thing, computer says no! And he can’t over ride!! Surely this can’t be??

@Crgmas Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, can you post back with the checker results for your line and carry out a speed test and we'll take a look for you?

Hi and thanks for getting back to me. I don’t currently have a pc just apple products so the BT speedcheck wont work, however I have done the speedtest.com check. I’ve done the line check as requested!

Hi NeilO , is this data any good? I can borrow a laptop if needed from PC?

@Crgmas Yes that speed should be sufficient for a second box as long as you don't have the UHD package.  If you send over your details we'll get our BT TV experts to look into this further.
