Hi,
I placed an order for BT broadband which included a Mastercard cashback card on 14th May. My broadband was set up on the 26th May and has been up and running ever since.
I went on to claim my reward yesterday via the link i was told to use and there was a picture of the mastercard that when i clicked on to claim my reward it said it could not be processed at this time.
When i went back to try the link today it now says:
You are not eligible to claim a reward, please see FAQs for more information
I checked the FAQ's and am confident that I fulfill all the conditions for the reward
Please can you help sort this.
