Called 150 at 1241 only to get the usual automated service. But it was confirmed that I have a monthly payment plan etc etc.

 

This is has reached the Farcical stage.

 

Or am I on a free years Infinity1, if not, I feel that BT should compensate me for all the aggravation.

 

I need to be working on other things, not waiting for BT to sort out this problem.

 

Email to CEO could be the next step for me,!!!

No date on the Direct Debit and no amount showing, see below.

 

00/00/0000 £00  Scheduled

 

Could this be the problem??

Telephone call received at 1618 assuring me that DD would commence next month.

Bank account still does not have a valid date. BACS have advised me to contact BT and request them to arrange a valid with my bank. Info passed to Mods.

That's correct Stew.

Mods assure me that payment will be taken, So will wait and see.

Checked again today and still no valid date showing in my account.

Hi, normally the Bank will not have the full details until a payment is actually taken. In essence the skeleton details are only sent to the Bank. The Bank will then put those skeleton details on your account.
