In February this year I posted a query regarding non receipt of £80 MasterCard and £40 Marks and Spencer card. I received a prompt response and subsequently received the MasterCard.
I had applied for the Marks and Spencer card and the moderator that assisted at that time also applied on my behalf, but to date this has not been received.
Please could someone help to sort out this second voucher.
There is quite a delay with the M&S vouchers, as they have to be processed manually.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Please bear in mind that with the current crisis, it could take a long time for one of them to deal with your request.
