Not received Free STADIA gift!

Hi, my broadband went live on the 4th February. When I ordered my package I got the free Google STADIA deal.

This has still not been received and I understand there may be delays due to COVID-19 however I assumed it would've been delivered to be prior to that??

There is quite a long delay processing these orders, as each has to be manually validated, which during the current crisis, is taking a long time.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Please bear in mind that with the current crisis, it could take a long time for one of them to deal with your request.
