Not received free gift since February!!

Hi,

I signed up to a deal which included a free xbox one in January to start in febuary which included the xbox one I got told to wait it is now july and have had countless conversations over the phone which always ends in yes you should get the email in the 5 working days to claim no email have been recived over 6 calls saying the same and I used the live chat which also say contact in 5 days we guarantee it will be there and guess what nothing again this is not on!!

Hi @Lsmyth92 welcome to the forum and sorry that you have not received your Xbox yet. It could be that they are out of stock at the moment and it will be sent once they are back in stock. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how to contact the Mod team and we'll be happy to check what is happening with your Xbox for you.

Still no update message was sent heard nothing again!!
