Not receiving email notifications of new bill


I changed my BT ID Username email address a couple of weeks ago through the My BT website and followed up with an online chat to make sure this was carried across to BT's other systems. However, I did not receive an email notification of my most recent bill to either email address and I have not received any other emails from BT via either email address.

I notice that under My BT -> Settings -> Marketing Preferences there is no longer an option to receive marketing information via email and my mobile number in the Text Messages section has been replaced by my landline number. Looks like they're trying to make changes to their customer contact systems and/or struggling with updates to legacy systems. Hopefully they're not going to corrupt or lose my details (again).
