Hi. I have received my bt reward card this morning and trying to activate it on the pure card website.
I haven't received the activation code. I have checked the spam inbox and still nothing. I have tried doing it a few times but still no activation code has been sent.
How long ago was your broadband service activated?
It was the mobile plan that I got the bt reward card with. That was activated about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I've already got the bt reward card but not getting emails with the activation code when I do it on the pure card website

Sorry to hear you are having problems activating your reward card.
Can you double-check your junk mail folder to make sure the activation email has not gone in there?
If you are still unable to activate your card then you will need to speak to Purecard.

You will just have to try them on Monday, as they are the ones that issue the activation code.
