We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
I recently spent three days uploading all my PC files to BT Cloud so I could easily download them from the cloud onto my new Mac. However, having begun this process, it transpires that while downloading the files, BT Cloud has then been adding the files I've downloaded back onto the cloud as a copy - and for some reason it has copied some music files four times. How on earth do I stop it doing this?? Please help!!
Where are you downloading the files to, what folder?
It sounds as if you are downloading the files into the BT cloud sync folder on your computer, anything in this folder is uploaded to the cloud.
You need to download or move the files to a different folder.
Hi Ronnie, I copied the word documents and suchlike into My Documents and music into the iTunes folder - think I may have sorted it now as it looks like those folders were due to sync with BT Cloud, thereby uploading everything back that I downloaded.
