Now TV Access

Hello,

I've recently moved over to BT and I am unable to get my NowTV pass linked to my account, whenever I click activate it just directs me to a 'change password' page on the NowTV website. My email address is a hotmail one as I had read people had issues with Sky email address.

Sorry that you're unable to activate your NOWTV account.

It sounds like the account has not set up correctly can you call us on 0800 800 150 so we can get this raised and corrected?
