Now TV App - how to fast forward/ rewind

We are watching the Now TV App which we have got thru BT  - but we don’t seem to be able to use the BT Remote to fast forward or rewind any shows we are watching. Can someone help?

@SueBo48  when watching the ondemand in NOW TV app press the i (info) on the remote and the buttons appear on screen at the bottom  below the timeline - you use the left/right arrow buttons on the  BT remote to navigate to the (onscreen) command you want and the Ok button on the remote to select it.
