I am a new BT Customer who has spent the last 2 months trying to get me package sorted.
My final issue is that whenever I use NowTV, I get buffering issues. I ran a PC running NOw TV and sat it next to the TV running the same programme, and low and behold via the BT box which is connected to the Broadband rsmart 2 Hub via an ethernet cable buffered, whereas my laptop connected via wifi doesn't?
Are there any settings that can be changed to sort this out?
